Led the design of AI-driven analytics experiences (AI Agent, explain SQL/jobs, text-to-SQL, generative metadata) to simplify data discovery, enabling analysts to generate insights faster and reducing manual SQL writing.

Drove the UX for the Autonomous Reflections feature, empowering Dremio to self-optimize query performance; this design contributed to up to 10× faster query latency and an 80% decrease in manual tuning.

Owned the Cloud v2 onboarding journey, collaborating with PM, engineering, and marketing to reduce trial drop-off and accelerate user activation.

Designed a lineage graph and metadata panel for datasets, providing clear data provenance and context, helping users understand and self-serve their data.

Drove design strategy through cross-functional leadership, running user research, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and scaling our design system to support new data / AI features
Researched and Identified problems through internal and external user interviews on Incorta Analyzer, collaborated with different stakeholders, and redesigned the analyzer interface as well as user flow. Leading to an increase of more than 300 business users and extremely positive feedback from several Fortune 500 companies.

Participated in the migration from Angular to React and proposed new dashboard prompt and schema pages, which drastically eased the learning barriers for the user with intuitive and clean interfaces.
Conducted research on the current ecosystem and stakeholders of YWAM Converge to learn the users' needs, unveil the shining points and create engaging user stories.

Refined the current user task flow of the YWAM Converge website.

Delivered a new spatial management strategy that promotes Hack the Hood employee’s working efficiency, caters various working styles, and improves customer experience through two rounds of interview with 9 employees in HTH and 3 rounds of iteration.
