→ Led the 1.0→2.0 platform rebuild from conception through launch (October 2023) — a full rebuild on a new tech stack — that directly underpinned Science Exchange's acquisition just 11 months post-launch (September 2024)

→ Shipped AI-powered agents enabling scientists and procurement teams to query real-time project status and surface scope drift between original and current project state

→ Built and listed Science Exchange's own MCP server, enabling AI agents to natively access platform services and automate scientific research and R&D workflows

→ Built an AI-driven catalog and supplier quote ingestion system, automating CRO service offering parsing at scale

→ Own product strategy and roadmap across engineering, commercial, and customer dimensions

→ Drive double-digit revenue growth through marketplace optimization and product-market alignment

→ Lead a cross-functional team of 17 across product, engineering, design, and research
