Oversaw the development and operationalised integration of the global design system.
Created high information density interface designs.
Conducted extensive usability testing of the designs.
Collaborated with front- (React) and back-end developers to achieve elegant and efficient results.

My remit spread across both large UX projects and management of internal processes, especially those related to risk and financial services. I’ve taken on responsibility for recruiting and inducting new colleagues, developing new internal processes and stepping into the roles of the Senior UX Manager and Head of UX when required.
Worked closely with an external agency on developing a new design for the public site; conducted onboarding meetings with high level stakeholders and presented findings at large digital meetings.
Developed on-brand designs for newly proposed websites for an external blog and video hub.
Successfully managed the Cheltenham & Gloucester domain takeover; designed a new C&G landing page and orchestrated its timely implementation by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Created wireframes and an interactive prototype (Axure) of the future C&G website based on the new brand guidelines provided by an external design agency. Worked closely with the product owner and copywriter.
UX lead on the public site migration project (launched July 2017); conducted exhausting cross browser and device testing; worked directly with developers on implementing changes and functional improvements; provided recommendations and made tactical decisions at weekly migration team meetings; worked closely with the Risk team to ensure compliance requirements were met.
Created and maintained a UX insight pack consisting of competitive analysis, monthly SEO data and analysis as well as optimisation recommendations.
