• As Recruiting Lead, I managed 6-8 Global Operations Recruiting Sourcers on their requisition loads, career development and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
• Acted as a Project Lead & Project Manager on the 2 largest projects for Global Business Recruiting org in 2022/2023, amid hiring freeze, providing strategic direction to individual contributors, created goals around project milestones, and building out project plan for scaling on behalf of leadership, using the Asana project management tool.
• Projects were focused on future pipelining, diversity sourcing strategy, historical metrics data analysis, met candidate experience best practices and talent mapping. Some recent projects included:
1. Talent Scouts: Sole Project Lead/Manager for diversity sourcing and talent mapping initiative; resulted
in talent mapping research through leveraging US Census data & Salesforce historical hiring data
trends and strategic outreach approach for growing "remote-first" eight cities where Global
Operations skillsets were prevalent. This project resulted in 2800 candidate leads, across six-
department sub-departments for GO North America.
2. Requisition Insights Tool: Co-Project Lead on an internal tool development that would create lead
sharing and candidate sharing easier across the Global Recruiting org. This tool was to be integrated
into the internal applicant tracking system for all of Meta Recruiting and allow for Sourcers/Recruiters
to work across pipelines and support other teams as needed. Worked with XFN groups such as
Engineering, Recruiting Analytics, Candidate Channels Team, etc. Responsible for pitching to
Recruiting Leadership & training across all recruiting orgs company wide. Tool rollout and adoption
tracking done through Asana tool.
