Creating test strategy and test plan for manual and automated testing of multiple 3 tier web applications. Participating in manual testing of the application and creating automated test scripts for the application. Driving the offshore team during manual and automated testing as well as training QA resources. Performing test plan reviews, test case reviews, automation code reviews, and test result reviews with offshore team to ensure superior quality of software. Working with onshore (US) team for continuous deployment and support of the web software to end users globally. Testing involves- automation, manual and whitebox with a combination of tools and environments.

Worked on establishing Software QA process for a Silicon Valley early stage startup - test planning, execution, bug tracking/triaging, reporting and managing. Established the test automation framework. Worked with the product team to ensure the quality, process improvement and potential customer satisfaction.
