As part of the Technology Strategy & Product Management specialization, I led a 5-person cross-functional team on a capstone project with Flexera, a leading B2B enterprise SaaS company, to design an AI-driven Win/Loss Analytics Dashboard that empowers revenue leaders with actionable insights.
My Key Contributions:
• Led a 5-member team through end-to-end product development, from stakeholder discovery to prototype delivery
• Conducted interviews with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leaders to uncover pain points in deal tracking and reporting workflows
• Designed a KPI-focused Figma prototype highlighting win rate trends, stage-level funnel drop-offs, and competitor insights
• Developed the structure for predictive modeling to identify loss drivers and improve deal forecasting
• Created a demo storyline and reset/filter logic to enable real-time decision-making during sales huddles
• Aligned dashboard features with stakeholder OKRs to ensure business relevance and internal buy-in
