In the Prime Video Coretech team, I focus on developing high-scale software solutions that enhance observability and diagnostics for engineers (such as high-volume log ingestion, querying and dash-boarding).

More recently, I’ve contributed to integrating cutting-edge Generative AI tools that assist engineers in root cause analysis and diagnostics across Prime Video, leveraging state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms to analyze complex system behaviors.

For the past 6 months, I have ran our SCRUMS, stand-ups and sprint planning sessions. In addition, I’ve managed/lead our pivot to KANBAN during a team merge.

Whilst being here, I have spotted gaps in our existing operations and have leveraged LLMs to create solutions such as fully automating customer documentation population.
