# Morgan Brown > Chief Growth Officer @ Opendoor Location: Laguna Hills, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/morganbrown1 I’ve always been drawn to the space where vision meets execution. Where you can see what’s possible and build the team, product, and strategy to get there. That thread has carried me from startups chasing product-market fit to public companies reimagining what’s next. Today, I’m VP of Product at Dropbox, leading the team behind Dash, our AI-powered assistant designed to help people find, create, and do their best work faster. I wrote Hacking Growth because I believe growth isn’t a department--it’s a mindset. And that mindset is more important than ever as we enter a new era of AI-native products. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best products don’t just solve problems, they earn trust, create momentum, and spark delight. That’s the bar I hold for myself and the teams I lead. Outside of work, I’m a dad of four, part-time vineyard dreamer, and full-time learner. You’ll usually find me deep in a book, tracking Mets baseball, or following the strategy behind an F1 race. Always curious, always analyzing. ## Work Experience ### Chief Growth Officer @ Opendoor Jan 2025 – Present ### VP Product & Growth - AI Products @ Dropbox Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | Laguna Hills, California, United States I lead product and growth for Dropbox Dash, our AI-powered universal search and work companion.
