• Built and maintained customer network and engineering Dashboard for automation services; achieved using Outsystems front-end and back-end including BPT processes
• Understand business requirements in order to write clear and concise technical documentation for each automation process including which API’s are needed for each process and what data is required for each API request
• Cooperate with team members to complete the architecture for each new automation process
• Refactored existing automation APIs with new vendor RESTful APIs
• Supervised and mentored new team members on how to run tests cases in Postman and how to deal with several common fallout scenarios that can occur during the automation processes
• Create tests and scripts in Postman for each automation process and identify flaws during tests then identify where the error occurred and update the code to resolve the issue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diligently fix any bugs that occur in any production orders
