I’ve always been fascinated by how software works behind the scenes and what it takes to make systems reliable, accurate, and high-quality. That curiosity is what led me to focus on QA engineering, test automation, and API testing, where I enjoy finding issues early and helping teams deliver quality software.

My interest in quality engineering has driven me to constantly learn and grow, especially in areas like API validation, automation frameworks, and cloud-based systems. I’m always looking for new challenges and opportunities to apply my skills to improve system stability, reduce defects, and support smooth releases.

Last year, I built my own PC and it was a rewarding experience that further solidified my love for all things tech. I am always seeking new ways to challenge myself and improve my skills.

## Work Experience
### Software Engineer @ MetTel
Jan 2021 – Present | New York, New York, United States
• Built and maintained customer network and engineering Dashboard for automation services; achieved using Outsystems front-end and back-end including BPT processes
• Understand business requirements in order to write clear and concise technical documentation for each automation process including which API’s are needed for each process and what data is required for each API request
• Cooperate with team members to complete the architecture for each new automation process
• Refactored existing automation APIs with new vendor RESTful APIs 
• Supervised and mentored new team members on how to run tests cases in Postman and how to deal with several common fallout scenarios that can occur during the automation processes
• Create tests and scripts in Postman for each automation process and identify flaws during tests then identify where the error occurred and update the code to resolve the issue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diligently fix any bugs that occur in any production orders
• Conduct support on any remaining automation process by updating code to correlate with any new business requirements and update code if any bugs were to arise

### Web Development and Design Intern @ Lighthouse Guild

• Develop web pages in WordPress and HTML on existing site for events, podcasts, presentations, and etc. 
• Participate in the process of developing a new website to improve website functionality and navigation
