● Testing infrastructure: Built a local-first E2E environment with Docker-in-Docker (DinD), including transaction-based seed validation to catch schema regressions early.

● Data optimization: Improved PostgreSQL mutation tracking with DISTINCT ON queries and concurrent multi-column indexing to support real-time UI state at scale.
