• Designing B2B financing products for home service SaaS company for 60,000+ businesses!

• Created the end-to-end design for a contextual financing product from early discovery and competitive research to high-fidelity designs, engineer implementation and QA.

• Led design and research for The Profit Ledger (AKA GoBuild YC W21), a project-based construction accounting software.

• Conducted product discovery and early concept user research with 17 users and a 200+ community over 10 months that led to the design of 4 core feature areas.

• Distilled 53 customer insights into 12 end-to-end user flows and 29 shipped Figma UI designs resulting in the Modern FinOps’ first Minimal Viable Product (MVP).

• Spearheaded extensive user research, facilitated 3 organization-wide event storming sessions and 18 usability tests, through iterative wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design found an effective design solution.

• Achieved a 15% decrease in bookkeeper transaction categorization time saving our user an average time of 17 minutes a day.

• Developed 6 end-to-end user flows and 33 UI designs using information architecture, and coordinated user interviews for a project-based construction accounting web application.

• Introduced rapid prototyping techniques that reduced the product validation cycle by 2 weeks, enabling faster time to market.

• Redesigned the Data Reporting feature resulting in a 5% increase in user engagement.
