I’m Mrunal, an AI Product Designer focused on creating thoughtful, human-centered AI experiences.

My work spans ed-tech, e-commerce, and AI-first products, often at the 0→1 stage. I enjoy shaping early ideas into real products by combining systems thinking with careful interaction design. The goal is always the same: build tools that feel intuitive, useful, and respectful of how people actually think and work.

Lately I’ve been especially interested in human-AI interaction. As AI becomes part of everyday workflows, the challenge isn’t just capability. It’s designing systems that feel understandable, collaborative, and genuinely helpful.

I’m currently open to full-time roles where I can help design and shape AI-native products from the ground up.

### Product Designer @ Holiday Channel®

Leading end-to-end product design for holiday experiences and services marketplace, played a pivotal role in designing a visually striking C2C and B2C marketplace website from scratch, boosting brand engagement by 40%. Additionally, I empowered 50+ beta users to efficiently manage holiday expenses through a Hi-Fidelity Prototype, incorporating insights from usability testing. Also, streamlined workflows by creating a scalable design system in Figma for visual consistency and collaboration with software engineers.
