# Muhammad Abdullah > MEng 26 | MIT Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/muhammadabdullah I am a Senior at MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), where I work on cutting-edge projects related to Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) and Memory Management. I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science from MIT. As a student researcher, I have implemented a modified KVM module in the Linux kernel to support TEEs, developed implementation using C, RISC-V, and hardware primitives for sub-OS layer support, and researched and developed alternative Memory Management techniques for TEEs. I have also examined the provision of OS/hardware level cryptographic security assurance for VMs on cloud servers. Additionally, I have gained valuable industry experience as an intern at Rescale, where I implemented a High-Performance Data Analysis pipeline to showcase cloud management systems, developed a dynamic process management solution using Message Passing Interface for distributed systems, and conducted platform reviews and offered optimization recommendations to company teams. Furthermore, I have contributed to the academic community as a learning assistant at MIT EECS Department, where I helped students with coursework and projects related to computer systems. I am passionate about solving complex and challenging problems using technology, and I aspire to become a leader and innovator in the field of computer systems. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a collaborative and supportive mindset. ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software) Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | Wilsonville, Oregon, United States ### Student Researcher @ MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 | Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States Implemented a modified KVM module in the Linux kernel to support Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs).
