- Ran mixed-method research (user studies, surveys, interviews, anthropometry) with 300+ participants, delivering insights that drove product development. 
- Presented exploratory findings to cross-functional teams, resulting in validating AirPod design and enhancing user satisfaction, comfort, and fit. 
- Led a large-scale 500-participant multi-site study, working with external partners to create protocols, refine methods, obtain approvals, and train moderators.

### UX Research Intern @ RBCx

• Led over 25 interviews with participants to understand user needs and preferences with empathy during the discovery research phase.
• Conducted, set up, and analyzed results of 4 unmoderated usability tests on UserTesting.com and 3 surveys as part of validation research.
• Synthesized findings and delivered results with insights during share out meetings to external stakeholders.
