I am someone who finds joy in riding the waves, especially when the fog rolls in. 

My journey into the world of software development was unexpected, sparked by the convenience technology brings to our everyday lives. It all started with an app—Surfline—where I check surf tides before hitting the beach. That app not only enhanced my surfing experience but also ignited my passion for app development.

One day, while catching waves, I challenged myself to pursue a career in software development without a traditional degree. With just an Associate's Degree in hand, I’m proud to say I’ve landed a job in this exciting field. Now, I’m diving deeper into scalable system designs, fueled by my fascination with algorithms and problem-solving. Lately, I’ve been drawn to systems programming and embedded programming, inspired by innovative projects like the Las Vegas Sphere.

Beyond my technical pursuits, I’m passionate about inspiring others. I want to show that there’s always hope, even for those who have dropped out or face financial barriers to higher education. With determination and creativity, anyone can carve their own path in the tech world.
