As a Product Design Engineer, I facilitated innovative technology introduction by leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, including business case review, conceptualization, CAD modeling, finite element analysis, rapid prototyping, testing, customer-site release, large-scale manufacturing, and commercialization. To do so, I collaborated cross-functionally to implement DFX, build complex CAD models, and perform FMEA and root cause analysis on prototypes to pinpoint and communicate technical issues to stakeholders.

design, prototyping, validation and successful business commercialization resulting in 24% increase
in revenue
• Led team to ensure successful commercialization of products in European market by meeting local certification requirements and addressing design for manufacturing and supply chain
constraints.
• Identified technical issues for stakeholders by conducting FMEA and root cause analyses on
prototypes.
• Collaborated with external vendors and cross functional teams to implement design for assembly,
reliability, quality, manufacturing and supply chain strategies, lead design review meetings to resolve
issues.
• Engaged team of design engineers in European facility and supported them to ensure on-time
delivery of products successfully executing $1.2 million worth of customer orders.
• Developed an AI based tool to predict motion parameters of vibratory separators. The software tool
with $4.3 million NPV (Net Present Value) allows customer to run machine at optimum conditions
enhancing process efficiency by 15-18%.
