It includes touch points on corporate administration, store administration, billing, reporting, and centralized services. 141 UX features and 400+ Figma files. Leading 36 to 12 vendor designers and one direct report. Partnered with researchers on 20+ features usability tests to inform design.

• Leading UX design for two major applications with 20 features in total.
• Pricing Tool - Together with a cross-functional team, in parallel while, they wrote the business specifications (13 features), I ideated and designed, information architecture and wireframes (8 user flows and 82 screens designed).
• Call Center App - Partnered with the Product team, applying User-centered design principles to design the application, which will support all stores and customers nationwide. (9 user groups & flows, 300+ screens).
• Managed the workload and quality of 7 UX designers, guiding them through the established agile design process, ensuring it passed all approvals and design documentation was delivered correctly. Hosting UX Design Sessions, Approval Meetings Facilitation, Design Management, Functionality Mapping document, User and Task Flows, Figma files, Feedback Confluence page, and Final Deliverable Confluence page.
Rite Aid intranet responsive platform redesign (Deployed product):
• Leading product design and managing the workload of 3 designers (interaction and visual).
• Planing: Timeline with activities, reviews, approvals, and milestones. Travel to Pennsylvania to attend client meetings and facilitated workshop sessions with 8 stakeholders.
• Discovery phase research: Writing questionnaires and conducting stakeholder interviews (including the CIO), card sorting exercise, heuristic evaluation of the legacy system, and producing findings documentation and reports.

• An innovative mobile app, first in its category, to help chronicle kidney disease patients to monitor and improve their health. The final deployed product would be rolled out first in the Russian, Chinese and Mexican markets.
• Leading the design effort and coaching a team of visual designers in India.
• Planning: Timeline with activities, reviews, approvals, and milestones. Traveling internationally for 5 days of workshop sessions with the primary client, healthcare providers, business stakeholders (located in Europe), an account team member, and a business analyst.
• During the workshop session, negotiating final project scope, expectations, and an initial list of features following product vision. Reading documentation and facilitating brainstorming sessions.
• Pivoting direction to better accommodate the client's needs.
• Writing questions and observing three interviews with end-users.
