# Murilo L. > Principal / Director UX | Enterprise Product Design & Design Operations | Driving Design Maturity at Scale Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/murilo Design leadership at enterprise scale requires clarity, systems thinking, and disciplined execution. I bring 30 years of professional design experience, with 14+ years dedicated to product design and UX strategy across complex enterprise environments. Over the past 7 years, I’ve served in formal leadership roles—guiding teams, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and advancing design maturity within large organizations. My work spans the full product lifecycle: facilitating stakeholder workshops, shaping research direction, synthesizing qualitative insights, architecting scalable design systems, and partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes. I believe effective UX leadership lives at the intersection of: • Systems thinking • Operational rigor • Deep user empathy I’ve contributed to enterprise initiatives for organizations including Walgreens, Rite Aid, Kaiser Permanente, Humana, Comcast, Intel, and others—building digital experiences across web and native platforms that balance usability, performance, and business objectives. Hands-on when needed, strategic by default. Focused on clarity in complexity. Currently exploring Director or Principal-level opportunities where I can help organizations elevate design maturity and deliver meaningful impact. ## Work Experience ### Principal UX Designer @ Walgreens Boots Alliance Jan 2022 – Present | Chicago, Illinois, United States UX owner of the future state Pharmacy Dispense desktop software, the application behind the counter to process prescriptions and dispense medications to patients at pharmacies chainwide.
