I have always enjoyed exploring how technology connects people. My path in mobile engineering began with a simple interest in how apps can improve daily life. Since then, I have built mobile teams, led engineering departments, and delivered products used by more than 8 million users.

At Pyxida, I managed the entire engineering organization. I improved our development workflow and helped the team deliver projects three times faster. This shift reduced delays, lowered build failures by 80 percent, and gave us more time to focus on features that mattered to our users.

At Incode, I created the mobile department from the ground up. I defined development standards, built a team of 10 engineers, and introduced technical practices that improved long-term product stability. I also led technical assessments for more than 10 client projects, which helped the company plan and deliver new features with fewer risks.

Earlier in my career, I delivered full-stack and mobile solutions across 15 projects while optimizing app performance. My work removed all FPS drops in key user flows, reduced infrastructure costs for 6 clients.

Outside of project work, I train engineers at all levels. I enjoy sharing practical experience and helping teams adopt better engineering habits. Watching an engineer grow and gain confidence is one of the best parts of leadership.
