The application consisted of two different users-consumers and Roamers. Consumers are students who can request items such as scantrons, snacks, meals, and more delivered right to their classroom or study session. Roamers are students who pick up the item request and deliver it to the consumer. Students can "roam" in between classes and are paid by the delivery fees within the app. This is not only a great way to kill time between class gaps but a quick and easy way to make an extra source of income for students. During the development of this project, my team and I used Xcode, Swift, Google Cloud's firebase API, and Braintree's API to implement the transactions. ### Best Overall Hack Winner @ SacHacks Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | Sacramento, California Area A hackathon were students from universities all over the country can come to participate in a competition held by local startups and tech companies. Working in teams and utilizing the tools that the hackathon provides (SDKs, APIs, demo vehicles, and more), team members work side-by-side to come up with a product that best solves the competition prompt. During the hackathon, my team and I developed the company, Ottomotive, a sharing ecomony application that allows for electric cars to be leased for other people to be used. Instead of being a competitor to large applications like Uber and Lyft, we wanted to be an ally and help boost the consumers who want to participate in the sharing economy but don't have the resources (i.e. a car). This is where Ottomotive comes into play. Users who have electric vehicles and do not use their car much during the day, can make an account on Ottomotive to offer their car for locals in the area to use and return back at a certain time. Using the Smartcar API, there would be an authentication process of both parties to ensure a safe and robust log in system. In addition, features such as live tracking the vehicle, odometer updates, and the ability to lock/unlock the electric vehicle were available on the website. ### Intern @ Pandora Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | Oakland, California Interned with Pandora through SMASH Rising- a program aimed to expose underrepresented first and second year college students exposure to the field of technology.
