Part of newly formed Cloud Production Engineering team, a cross functioning team in traffic engineering org, with main focus on improving operations, production quality and security.

• Designed and built an automation to connect new dual stack network layer with legacy infrastructure which works with different regions and fabrics.

• Designed and built a chatbot to help teams using Traffic Engineering products to answer support questions.

• Worked on improving security posture, production hygiene by setting up relevant monitors and alarms and optimizing support workflows.

Teaching assistant for graduate level course Cloud Computing under Prof. Sambit Sahu.

• Mentored a wide range of projects over two semesters to successfully build various products from ideas using micro services .

• Gave tutorials in the class on features and working of various AWS services like Lambda, Lex, Dynamodb, Open search, Sagemaker etc.

• Contributed to the development and grading of Assignments.

I have been promoted to Senior Software Engineer and realigned at Paytm to be a part of Paytm Payments bank in the same Risk Management team.

Few of my key projects here are:

• Development of near real time system to fetch data from all the different verticals based on the selected features to generate a score of customer using MLP Neural Networks.

• Made a model based on Merchant's name to categorize the name, and to suggest a better one in case of a suspicious name.

• Made a model to identify the duplicate customers who avail new customer coupons based on image recognition, frequent locations, devices used, customer data provided and transactions pattern.

I am part of Risk Management team. Received "Rising Star" award, which is given to employees for extraordinary performance.

Few of my key projects here are:

• Development of a service which fetches data from different verticals and highlights suspicious transaction patterns and activity to generate a user profile report.

• Development of a service which tracks the amount through different customer levels and various verticals across Paytm from reported fraud transactions.

• Made a simple Django based website to search orders which might be cancelled due to suspicious reasons by the system in realtime.

• Complete setup and configuration of infrastructure in AWS.
