• Installed and customized Freshworks help widget in all Flipkart fintech applications, such as Flipkart credit card applications and Flipkart paylater, to allow users to read FAQs when unclear and contact customer service agents.

• Worked on referrals for Flipkart Paylater and Credit Cards, allowing customers to send referral links for rewards over Whatsapp using webAPI and bridge methods in both Android and IOS, increasing user signups by more than 10,000 Paylater users and 1,000 Credit Card users
