Ethnographic research:
Interviewed members of the Department of Transport, EV owners, policy experts and energy policy startups
Visited HEVO's office to understand the existing technology and challenge, observed EV charging stations to observe user pain points, needs and wants

Design:
Created a stakeholder map and reframed the challenge
Prototyped in lo-fidelity and collected feedback from users and client
Implemented feedback and built a high fidelity mockup for the client 
Handed off final deliverable to client with a strategy for implementation

Received funding to work on Algorithmic Bias project
Conducted primary and secondary research to explore the societal impact and ethical repercussions of big data, with a specific focus on reducing bias in AI software used in hiring practices
Created a digital toolkit for new grads to educate students on the hidden ways in which bias is part of everyday tech systems. The toolkit aims not just to educate but to help students take action by seeing how their résumés and LinkedIn profiles are scanned and parsed for key words.
