Worked as a developer to implement an Eligibility Processing Solution using Java and Corticon Business Rules Engine intended to help the caseworkers determine the eligibility of an applicant for various public assistance programs.

Handled rule flow restructuring and code implementation of Change requests (CRs) presented by the client to improve application capabilities.

Increased the Benefit Match percentage between Integrated Eligibility Engine and legacy system upto 97% as part of priority activity called ‘Benefit Match’.

Improved the functional capability of IE engine by reducing defect counts in core module called ED (Eligibility Determination).
