As one of the original designers for Agentforce, I defined generative Agentic design patterns and frameworks that standardize experiences across Lightning platforms. I delivered guidelines, documentation, and enablement for 14+ teams, driving cross-cloud adoption and ensuring experiences were consistent, scalable, and human-centered.

Website Experience Subsystem

Defined and led the Website Experience Subsystem (WES), setting the strategic vision, success metrics, and a “job-to-be-done” framework. Built a Design Contribution model and enablement program that increased stakeholder engagement by 40%, reached 85% adoption, and delivered a unified look and feel across 100+ websites and 400,000+ pages.

Architected and led the development of a Web Component Library for the ThingWorx Industrial IoT platform, delivering 9 scalable components including advanced data visualizations.

Collaborated with 10+ cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and design to define component standards and streamline design-to-development workflows.

Championed accessibility (WAI-ARIA) and user-centered design, ensuring the diverse needs of industrial users were met.

Led creation of a Pattern Library with 25+ reusable patterns, enabling consistent, accessible, and scalable design across K–12 educational content.
