# Nancy Tam > Staff Product Designer @AlayaCare | UX Mentor @ADPList Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada, Canada Profile: https://flows.cv/nancytam Hi there! 👋 I’m a seasoned product designer, UX strategist, mentor and facilitator. I’ve been in user experience design for over 8 years, but I started in tech more than 10 years ago as a UI developer at an ad agency and taught front-end development at Seneca College. Since then, I specialize in end-to-end product design and cross-discipline collaboration in both corporate and startup teams. Fast forward to 2021, I was promoted to be one of the first design leads at Canada Post, where I got to do what I love: leading a collaborative design culture in both product development and team building. Today, I am excited by the juicy challenges in the health-tech space. I'm eager to see where my UX journey will take me next ✨ ## Work Experience ### Staff Product Designer @ AlayaCare Jan 2025 – Present AlayaCare is a series D health-tech startup.
