As a founding engineer at Searchlight, I owned the frontend codebase and platform deployments as the organization grew from Seed to Series A stages. I spearheaded critical engineering infrastructure improvements, including the migration to TypeScript, the implementation of frontend testing frameworks, and the development of internal component libraries.

I worked closely with the CTO to expand the engineering team from 2 to 6 members during the peak of the pandemic, where I took on responsibilities such as conducting interviews, defining project roadmaps, and providing membership.
