# Narek Chilingaryan > UI/UX Designer with Web Development Background | Creator of Inked Colibri – Figma Plugin for Faster, Consistent Design Systems Location: Yerevan, Armenia Profile: https://flows.cv/narek I’m a UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in frontend development. My work focuses on designing clean, accessible, and scalable user interfaces that perform well across devices. I transitioned into UX design after years of working as a User Interface Engineer, where I specialized in semantic HTML, accessibility, and performance optimization. This background helps me design with developers in mind, ensuring smoother handoffs and implementation. I’ve led redesigns, created reusable UI components, and worked extensively on custom WordPress themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I also have experience with frameworks like React and Angular. To support design systems and speed up design workflows, I created Inked Colibri, a Figma plugin that helps teams build more consistent, accessible design systems faster. I’m passionate about bridging design and development, and I enjoy building solutions that improve both the user experience and team collaboration. ## Work Experience ### UI/UX Designer & Toolmaker Inked Colibri – Figma Plugin for Design Systems @ Inked Colibri Jan 2024 – Present | Yerevan, Armenia Inked Colibri – A Figma Plugin for Effortless Color Management 🎨 Managing colors in a design system can be time-consuming. Inked Colibri simplifies the process by letting you import color schemes from Real-Time Color and convert them into structured Figma variables, including shades and alpha variations. 🔹 APCA Color Compatibility Matrix – Evaluate contrast values (15–106) across your color palette for better accessibility. 🔹 Token Commander – Import a JSON file to generate Figma styles and variables, automatically linking them based on names in your JSON. 🔹 Replace Style Path – Quickly swap out entire color schemes within a variable set. It also comes with a starter design system, which is small for now but continuously expanding. The plugin is in early access, and I’m actively improving it—fixing bugs, adding features, and refining the workflow. 💡 Try it now: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1460728764618520613/inked-colibri-rtc-converter-and-more Let me know what you think! ### Wordpress Developer @ Webinos Inc.
