The Bank Information Center (BIC) is a non-profit that advocates for the protection of rights, transparency, and public accountability at the World Bank Group and regional development banks.
Responsibilities:
•Maintained and enhanced website for Bank Information Center (BIC)
•Ensured website security patches, theme and plugins were up to date and compatible
•Coordinated technology infrastructure across offices, troubleshooting and addressing server and computer issues on a daily basis
•Managed production on all BIC publications, ranging from brochures to case studies, as well as e-newsletters
