I’m a fintech design systems designer who takes my work and picking the perfect Office GIF very seriously.

Taming chaos into a scalable, approachable system has been the nature of my entire 15+ year career. I genuinely enjoy taking complex UIs with messy documentation and turning it into a polished source of truth for my cross-functional partners.

I’ve led products from concept to delivery in increasingly record time and complexity. Notably releasing a 0 -> 1 feature to 70 million customers in less than a year and a design system from 0 to internal beta in six months.

• Lead for design token integration and education
• Co-founded and co-led a design systems advocacy group, in which a group of 25 designers tested beta releases of components to drive design system improvements and adoption
• Built framework level components used org wide by 100+ designers to create features on iOS, Android, and the web
• Co-led cross-collaboration with development teams to ensure a 1:1 translation from design to production
• VQAed and stress tested components to meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines
• Team efforts ultimately resulted in the release of 21 new components and guides, 150+ new icons, new type waterfall, and 100+ tokens for color and spacing
