Today, I lead design efforts across two product teams at BOK Financial: On the Digital Marketing team, I redesigned the search experience across our 8 “Bank of” websites, aiming to lift search click-through rates by 50% (currently in development). On the Start Right team (web + native apps), I lead end-to-end design of key retirement and investment features, including loan overviews, investment management, reports, and distribution flows (across desktop, iOS, and Android). In both teams, I own UX research (including usability testing and data collection), content strategy, interaction and visual design, and prototyping. Before this, while at Carol H. Williams Advertising, I redesigned and built the Baywell Health website. At Whisper Homes, I developed the full brand and e-commerce experience for a sports team while working as a Lead UX/UI Designer. As a design lecturer at UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, I empower others in their creative journey and show my students that the nature of design isn’t always linear. Financial wellness app (Web/iOS and Andoid) Investment Management (web, iOS, Android app) - In progress, projected to improve CTR by 40%. •Led a UX audit that identified low engagement (highest click-through rate at 8.27%). Currently leading the redesign to optimize CTA placement and increase interaction. Loans Overview & Investment Prices (web app) - Live. •Redesigned the Loans Overview and Investment Prices pages for the web app based on UX analysis. •Collaborated with developers to implement a new card component to standardize patterns across the platform. Distribution Termination Educational Content (web, iOS, Android app) - In progress. •Led research-driven design of educational content for termination distribution options, iterating based on unmoderated usability tests via Maze, revealing 57% user preference for a table format due to clarity. Contribution Rate Change Flow Analysis & Redesign (web) - In progress •Conducted a funnel analysis of the Contribution Rate Change flow for the web app, uncovering a 42.9% drop-off at the verification step and high page abandonment (53%). Proposed UX improvements, including enhanced guidance, page speed optimizations, and proactive help features. 2. Digital Marketing Team. Overseeing our 8 "Bank of" web pages.
