I've spent my career at the intersection of complexity and clarity — leading design for platforms that developers and teams rely on every day, and more recently, shaping what agentic AI experiences look and feel like for real people.
At Intuit, I lead design for core technical platform and agentic experiences. The work is deeply technical, but my north star is always human — how do we make something powerful feel effortless? How do we build for trust, not just utility?
I care a lot about the people behind the work too. Growing designers who think critically, ask the right questions, and advocate fiercely for the user — that's as important to me as shipping great product.
Right now I'm thinking a lot about:
→ How AI changes the designer's role — and what stays irreplaceable
→ How teams can stay curious without burning out
→ What human-centered really means when the "user" is also an agent
I believe the skills that matter most right now aren't the tools. They're judgment, empathy, and the ability to cut through noise.
Always happy to connect with people thinking deeply about design, AI, and the future of work.

At my core, I believe great design leadership is about amplifying impact—of people, of ideas, and of the systems we put into the world.
