I maintained my tenure with the BU. As design manager I worked with multiple teams within the company from directors, project managers, sales and marketing, and clients to create unique and innovative campaigns around our sites. Those projects can range from a variety of creatives but were largely from; web ad campaigns, emails, presentations, animations, webisodes, video bumpers, infographics, social video shorts, logo bumpers, print collateral, environmental design for events, and internal designs as well. During my time with Paramount then Red Ventures I brought on and trained many designers. I helped guide them to promotions and sharpen their skills.
