Leading the team of talented and successful product designers, untangling the complexity of the Unified Communication System (including telephony, messaging, voice and video conferencing, and contact center product) and turning it into user friendly and visually stunning UI.
• Through cross-functional collaboration created "cradle to grave" Service Design Blueprint, outlining existing problems and identifying areas for improvements.
• Created alignment between all the front-end developers by introducing common components libraries (for web and mobile)
• Optimized workflows and improved communication between Product, Design and Engineering by introducing Invision and Zeplin tools where the prototypes and high-resolution mocks were available for cross-functional teams to review, comment and consume specs and assets.
• Through multiple customer interviews established user archetypes, journeys and pain points. Communicated the finding to Product and Executive teams to help shape future strategy.
• Introduced consistent user feedback channel.
• Redesigned Mitel mobile and desktop apps based on user feedback, instrumentation data and UX best practices.

At the time before the smartphones where born, the Core Mobility team was turning feature phones into more than just a phone.
Designed interfaces for Voice Notes (visual voicemail predecessor). Worked with Samsung, Motorola and other OEMs to organically integrate Voice Notes into their interfaces.
Collaborated closely with the design team at Sprint to design the visual voicemail UI for the very fist smart phone Sprint shipped (Instinct).
