• Identified and defined a key pain point through cross-team research, authoring a PRD to
standardize customer data across Redis instances and empower sales engineers with timely
access—reducing dependency on platform teams.
• Built a high-performance Go and GraphQL API, slashing data retrieval time from 24+ hours to
under 20 seconds; monitored usage and latency metrics to validate impact and system reliability.

• Identified a major transparency gap for political donors, who lacked visibility into how campaign
contributions were spent. Defined product requirements and partnered with a designer to build a zip
code–based tool that surfaced spending data for 4,500+ incumbents in a clear, explorable format.
• Launched the tool as part of a marketing campaign to attract campaign finance professionals and
drive engagement with the broader Numero product suite.
