Worked on Google Discover which is the -1 experience on Android as well as the Google App. During my time here, I worked on a few projects where I:

• Revamped Google's Discover feed for tablets through a redesigned interface and personalized content recommendations.

• Transformed the Events experience on the Google app, resulting in an increase in user conversion and improved overall user engagement.

• Implemented accessible designs for Discover on tablets, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless keyboard navigation and define hierarchy states, enhancing the user experience for blind and low-vision users.

• Worked on streamlining language selection for NBU, implementing a user-friendly interface that provided reliable and efficient language options, and reducing language-related barriers to engagement.

As the fourth designer to join the fintech startup during its early days, I got a wonderful chance to prove my chops and grow with the company. During my stint here, I:

• Orchestrated complete design process for merchant app, driving exponential user growth and expanding service to 10 million merchants nationally; oversaw the design of Insurance, Onboarding, and CX verticals, impacting 100 million users.

• Spearheaded the development of a groundbreaking car self-inspection product, resulting in an increase in car insurance purchases.

• Created accessible design principles for color blindness, updated the design system, and drove the company's adoption of the new system.

• Spearheaded the successful launch of PhonePe's pioneering Term Life Insurance product, resulting in the company's largest insurance segment and driving substantial revenue growth.

As the first designer employed at Aurigo, I worked with them to redesign their cloud-based construction planning app, boosting task efficiency for 300+ builders.

I grew and led a design team, orchestrated design review meetings, fostered collaborative thinking to ideate innovative UX developments; and facilitated cross-functional discussions resulting in actionable design enhancements and improvements.

Presented robust UX designs and solutions to senior management, advocating for user-centric design decisions; gained buy-in for implementing UX recommendations that boosted customer satisfaction.

I worked as a design consultant where I implemented comprehensive user research methodologies, analyzed raw data, and applied insights to drive design decisions.
