At Cobbler, we're building an AI-powered finance employee to automate manual and repetitive work.

We are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI today: autonomous agents, complex planning, and human-like intuition using generative AI. By combining existing approaches (RAG, ReAct) with novel techniques for tool use and multi-agent planning, we deliver experiences that delight our users and perform real, useful work.

As co-founder and CTO, I'm responsible for:

• Hiring and retaining a fantastic team

• Leading our cutting-edge AI development: generative AI, agents, complex planning

• Keeping the platform compliant and secure

Took over product management for Okta's Developer Experience team and helped give the team a strong direction as it doubled in size to over 15 engineers. This meant working with executives and many stakeholders to develop new metrics and KPIs for an area of rapid growth.

I successfully introduced new methods of user testing that focused on measuring experiences to help guide roadmap decisions, and organized cross-functional work groups to tackle issues across team boundaries. Plus:

• Managed roadmaps for SDK development in JavaScript, .NET, Java, PHP, Go, iOS, Android, and more.

• Worked with UX, PM, and technical writers to plan, build, and deliver the next generation of Okta's developer documentation in an agile way.

• Created internal and external training and enablement materials, including the most-watched OpenID Connect tech talk on the Internet (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=996OiexHze0).

When Okta acquired Stormpath, I was part of the core team that ensured the transition was successful. I worked closely with sales, product marketing, and Developer Experience engineering to help position Okta for success in a new area of growth.

In this role, I also worked on:

• Organizing and speaking at Okta's first developer conference, Iterate 2018.

• Building an internal customer advocacy program that positively contributed to sales pipeline growth.

• Creating educational content for developers on topics like REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, and web security best practices.

I joined Stormpath to help accelerate their vision of a cloud-native identity platform. This role required deep technical knowledge as well as high empathy and communication skills. I built Stormpath's presence in the .NET community from scratch and was a key contributor to demand generation through blog content.

Other activities included:

• Designing and building a top-class SDK for .NET and .NET Core following the open-core model. Managing the roadmap and delivering key customer features to drive business growth.

• Architecting customer solutions for B2C and B2B applications at massive scale.

• Writing many of Stormpath's best-performing blog posts to drive organic demand generation.

• Authoring documentation and training materials "by developers, for developers".

• Growing my team from 1 to 3 as Stormpath began to scale exponentially.

• Ongoing sales enablement and education initiatives to further enable business growth.
