Led Product and Design for Fanatics’ $3.4B global commerce business, spanning North American e-commerce, Fanatics Brands, Strategic Retail, and International.
Fanatics pioneered Vertical Commerce (v-commerce): an end-to-end model that designs, manufactures, and distributes exclusive merchandise. Our organization partnered with engineering to build the product capabilities that powered this model, enabling real-time responsiveness to fan demand and delivering differentiated products that couldn’t be commoditized.
This platform became the engine behind major industry partnerships, including the NFL and Nike deal where Fanatics began designing, manufacturing, and distributing all Nike fan gear sold at retail. Our work accelerated Fanatics’ ability to deliver timely, high-quality merchandise across all channels and expand globally with stronger structural advantages.
