I grew within the organization from Market Research analyst to strategic lead — shaping how markets are understood, how technical insights travel across the Department of Defense, and how teams engage with emerging technology at scale.

I lead strategic engagement efforts that connect the Air Force/Space Force with innovators across industry, policy, academia, and investment. My work focuses on translating complex technology markets into clear strategic narratives that decision-makers can act on.

Collaboration.Ai builds digital collaboration systems that help organizations understand themselves and operate with more clarity. The platform is used by global alliances, philanthropic coalitions, government programs, and enterprise teams to map expertise, strengthen networks, and create environments where people connect with purpose. The work blends AI, data structures, and human-centered design to improve how large groups share knowledge and make decisions.
