In 2014 I launched 24 exclusive collections with top tier brands such as Marchesa, BHLDN, Claire Pettibone, The Knot, Southern Living Magazine, Calypso St. Barth, Disney, Pottery Barn Kids, Baby2Baby, PopSugar, Whitney Port and Mindy Weiss, generating over 1M in sales
• Maintain strong relationships with PR, PR Marketing, Creative and the Business Development teams to ensure all merchandising, marketing and business strategies are in alignment

• Product Development – Merchandising lead responsible for launching new greeting card business Treat, managed launch calendar and road map asks from cross functional teams, launched new product categories such as home décor and gifts to increase AOS
• Strategy - Managed design and assortment strategy for one to one greeting cards business, analyzed sales and customer behavior to improve conversion, identify areas of risk and opportunity and how to address, organized ABN filters for better site optimization
• Art Direction – Oversaw team of three internal designers that contributed to 65% of the overall design assortment on site, worked with copy on building new concepts and ideas for the team, provided mentorship and guidance
• Cross-functional Leadership – Provided metrics and analysis in monthly dashboards to help guide strategic business decisions to drive higher revenue and order growth, Partnered with PR, Marketing and Creative teams to help develop marketing plans and reinforce merchandising priorities
