My work lives at the intersection of product strategy, design, and engineering—especially in workflow-heavy environments where trust, auditability, and operational fit matter. I’m hands-on: I prototype, design, and define system direction in parallel, so teams can see the future clearly and build toward it with confidence. Over the last 14+ years, I’ve gone deep in healthcare innovation—spanning clinical experience design, AI agents, data architecture, and revenue cycle workflows. Recently, I’ve focused on multi-agent systems and “clinical intelligence” layers: Patient and Visit context models, modular reasoning agents, explainability patterns, and coding/RCM automation that ties clinical truth to financial truth. I’m most effective in zero-to-one work and forward-deployed settings, where the goal is to create clarity fast: prototypes that differentiate, system layers that scale, and narratives that align executives and builders. The through-line is always the same: make complex workflows more usable, more intelligent, and more human. https://nathanaelwolfe.com/
