At Kojo, I work closely with product and design to turn requirements into high-quality features across web and mobile. I lead projects end-to-end—writing technical specs, breaking down work into Jira tickets, estimating timelines, and owning delivery by tracking progress and aligning with stakeholders to manage scope. I mentor other engineers through regular code reviews and help uphold high engineering standards across the team.

I’ve contributed across the stack—from designing database schemas and building GraphQL APIs to crafting intuitive UIs in React and React Native. Notable projects I’ve led include:

Warehouse Sublocations – Designed a performant tree structure for nested locations using string-based path indexing to work around Prisma’s lack of recursive query support.

Cycle Counting – Streamlined inventory tracking workflows.

Warehouse Prefab and Prefab Design Assemblies – Extended the warehouse domain to support prefab construction workflows.

Mobile QR Code Deep Links – Enabled seamless navigation into specific app screens via scanned labels.

Tech: TypeScript, Next.js, React, React Native, Apollo, Prisma, GraphQL, Postgres, Project Management

Worked across the stack supporting tools used to create the product catalog, and provide the catalog to shoppers with current product info and real time inventory.

Contributed to multiple .NET F# and Node JS microservices and internal and external facing React web apps.

Transitioned API endpoints from TypeScript to F#.

Used DataDog and AWS cloudwatch to diagnose and resolve incidents

Anticipate Produce Inventory:

Use Netsuite Purchase Orders to anticipate / stop anticipating future inventory to enable produce sales prior to receiving.

Product Flags:

Created UI for merchandisers to add flags to products, flag CRUD endpoints, product catalog and database updates to include flags.

Fixed user engagement analytics to support platform transition (Dart, Java, SQL)

Updated Python library to generate Python analytics package from JSON definitions

ETL Jobs written in Python & Java using Google Dataflow

Data pipeline updates and maintenance across Google and AWS clouds

While at Turing, worked part-time making cross-platform mobile app with React Native using geolocation for fleet tracking

Teaching Front-End Engineering to motivated people!

As an anchor for the second module of the Front-End Engineering program, I help our students build a strong foundation of fundamental JavaScript skills. This includes sorting algorithims, data structures, object oriented js. While writing curriculum I was challenged to explain complicated ideas in a simple manner.
