These components run based on simple rules and NLU and can be scaled to run based off of machine learning recommendations. ### Senior Group Manager, Applications and Core Innovations @ Oracle Jan 2009 – Jan 2015 | Oracle I managed the rapid response team that generates novel, creative design solutions in response to market changes. The team focused on UI innovation for applications on cloud, mobile and wearable, specifically CRM, Service, and the Information Architecture supporting them. As a member of the management team, I was involved in different customer activities such as outreach events, early adopters, and the Oracle Usability Advisory Board forums, where I helped facilitate a stronger connection between design concepts and industry requirements ### Manager User Experience Oracle @ Oracle Jan 2006 – Jan 2009 As a group manager I developed a global team that provided the design support for a new set of Oracle applications. My main challenge was to build a team strong and flexible enough to meet the fluctuating behavior of the market under an aggressive schedule. To do this, I established areas of responsibilities based on the strengths of the individuals in my team and inspired an environment of collaboration. My main responsibilities included allocating resources and planning for each release, leading the design for the new generation of pure HTML Analytics applications, and participating in the process of evolving the Oracle and PeopleSoft Budgeting products into one integrated solution.
