18 years at Netflix has given me the opportunity to drive the evolution of global entertainment.

I joined at the dawn of the streaming era, leading design on the foundational experiences that define how we watch today. Since 2018 I’ve focused on launching new types of entertainment at Netflix (Interactive Films, Games, and now Live & Sports) and building them into new lines of business.

My passion is the intersection of technology and storytelling—how can we tell stories in new ways, at global scale?

A defining highlight was leading design for Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, which earned two Emmy Awards and proved that product design could drive storytelling in its own right.

I'm passionate about sharing insights on product innovation at scale, the convergence of film and games, and the Netflix culture of excellence. I am available for keynote speaking, advisory roles, and strategic consulting.
