• Conceptualized and launched a completely new business owner portal, securing leadership buy-in and collaborating with key partners to bring the product to market successfully.

• Led and provided the entire user experience for Apple ID, Family Sharing, and account management across iOS, macOS, and web platforms, driving the strategic direction of user interface design, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all platforms, aligning design efforts with broader business objectives, and executing products to the market as a solo designer.

• Managed and guided a design team within the iCloud Human Interface group.
