∙ Automating datapoint collection using NLP and document classification techniques

Data Technology (Fall 2017 to Fall 2018)

∙ Java development and design of a new equity calculation API used to verify and link calculated data points to their original financial filings

∙ C++ development to calculate and add Option Greeks to our real-time data feed

Enterprise Components & Morningstar as a Service (Summer 2016 to Fall 2017)

∙ Part of a global, agile, team to build Morningstar Developer Site (developer.morningstar.com), using Drupal CMS, PHP and Apache Solr which showcases Morningstar GUIs and APIs

∙ Architected Morningstar's cloud-based API Gateway for API authentication and entitlement using various AWS services such as API Gateway, Cognito, and DynamoDB, with Node.js lambdas and Terraform scripts. Taken from conception to production in under six months.

∙ Worked as a part-time TA for University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, teaching "Advanced Decision Models with Python" alongside Professor Don Eisenstein

∙ Taught business optimization, decision modeling, and discrete event simulation using SimPy
