As a Senior Product Designer at Devtech, I leverage my UI/UX design and front end web development skills to create engaging and intuitive solutions for remote work, productivity, and collaboration. I have extensive experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite, and also development skills such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript.

In my previous roles, I helped shape and grow several small-to medium-sized startups by designing and creating tools, styles, libraries, and means to help teams make decisions and shape and evolve the way they work together. I also redesigned and improved user flows, websites, and illustrations for various products and services, leading to better user retention, conversion, and satisfaction rates. I am passionate about user research, design systems, and animations, and I always strive to learn and improve my craft.

### Senior UI/UX Designer @ RemoteMore
Jan 2021 – Jan 2023
Created the whole Design System for RemoteMore product app. Consistency and reusability of
newly created components from DS influenced the faster feature delivery of almost 120%

Redesigned RemoteMore marketing website and made animated and static illustrations for
both marketing website and RemoteMore application

Worked closely with Product Managers, CEO’s and other stakeholders on shaping the
company strategy and goals. Planned and conducted user researching, created user personas,
affinity maps, empathy maps

Successfully completed the rethinking of numerous user flows in RemoteMore application
(company on-boarding, hiring funnel and scheduling system) which led to better metrics overall
but mostly: 100% more company signups completed the onboarding flow (A/B testing was
performed)

### UI/UX Designer — UI Developer @ LemonBrew Technologies
Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Serbia
Started and led the initiative to introduce responsiveness to both LemonBrew’s web app and
marketing website (it was ‘desktop only’ policy until then) which resulted in a great increase of
signups and conversion rates

Designed and built 40+ new email templates which resulted in ~80% higher open rate

Contributed in roadmapping with the Product team

Made prototypes and participated in usability testing

### Design System Ops @ Embroker
Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | Serbia, Belgrade
I led a cross-functional team of frontend & backend developers, UI/UX designers (10-15 people)
and carried out all initiatives regarding Design System Ops project - we were responsible for
defining and creating new style guides and reusable directives library (later components when
switched to React)

Design System we built led to a 100% faster feature development time and less friction
between design and development teams. Which also resulted in the design consistency across
all Embroker’s repositories (I was also responsible for maintaining it, and performed all needed
iterations, as a software developer)

Travelled to the San Francisco US to work with the Product team on feature discovery & finding
solutions to our customers’ problems, performing both quantitative and qualitative research
