• Led a cross-functional team to architect an AI insights generation pipeline, directly collaborating with the product team to innovate a centralized AI Product Insights Feed. This effort streamlined survey activity aggregation across the platform, offering a comprehensive audit and real-time insights from responses. The result was a significantly more efficient review process, empowering users to bypass manual analyses of multiple reports and dashboards for enhanced decision-making.
• Improved user experience and security within the Sprig Dashboard by implementing Google SSO for authentication and sign-up, resulting in a streamlined access process and increased adoption rates.
• Automated the thematic analysis of open-text responses by developing an AI-driven pipeline, resulting in enhanced accuracy and speed in extracting insights from high volume survey data.
