•Managed multiple global teams in Medtronic’s Change Development Process (CDP) for various projects including manufacturing line changes, component changes, site location changes, and installation of new machinery/equipment
•Improved the existing CDP documentation through VBA macros and Six Sigma tools, which led to a lean process that reduced 10 days on the RA approval process
•Created an automated database using VBA that gathered and tracked information on 2500+ unique product codes from 104 Contract Manufacturers regarding Directive (EU) 2015/863
•Utilized the DMAIC process to establish and prove a hypothesis on the Lapro-Clip Auto Suture line, which involved the use of thermal IR detectors, temperature studies, machinery reviews with maintenance, and process tracking with operators; resulted in annual cost avoidance of $1.1MM
•Created a lean, one-way flow process for SAP compliant supplemental labeling for the Greenwood Distribution Center, resulting in maximum utility of the allotted space and 24 hour turn around
•Drafted & implemented multiple package testing protocols and validations associated with the qualification and release of packaging designs
•Performed exploratory testing on new packaging material technology which will improve inspection of seal integrity, as well as provided a packaging solution to existing product line which allows product to ship internationally without temperature fluctuations
•Co-founder/Chair of Medtronic’s Young Professionals Employee Resource Group for all of Medtronic’s Colorado employees with the mission to break down workplace silos and collaborate/network amongst young professionals, currently 160+ members with VP sponsorship
